Warehouse Lead

Warehouse Labor is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee day-to-day operations in fast-paced warehouse and distribution environments. In this role, you'll coordinate picking, packing, and shipping activities, assign tasks to team members, and monitor productivity and safety standards. You will train and mentor staff, verify orders and inventory accuracy, and ensure proper use of material handling equipment. Working closely with supervisors and clients, you'll help resolve issues, support shift planning, and drive a reliable, efficient, and safety-focused operation across changing workload demands.
