Warehouse Associate Level 1

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Associate Level 1 is responsible for performing essential warehouse operations, including inventory handling, order fulfillment, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This position plays a key role in supporting the efficiency and accuracy of warehouse activities. It is a full-time, on-site role, requiring daily presence at the warehouse facility.

• Pick and pack product for the calibration lab, assembly, and shipping.
• Process cycle counts and support annual inventory efforts.
• Process warehouse work orders as needed.
• Notify the lead when items or supplies are running low.
• Report any damaged products.
• Use the system to support transaction processing.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse area.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos, and to write basic correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Basic math skills, including the ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide by 10s and 100s. May also require performing calculations involving weight, volume, distance, ratios, and percentages.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form.
• General computer literacy and experience with basic Microsoft applications.
• Physical demands include the ability to walk, bend, climb, and lift up to 75 lbs.
