Inventory Control Specialist Picture your day at PALFINGER’s Trenton facility: you start with a targeted cycle count, reconcile a discrepancy you spotted yesterday, receive inbound materials against packing slips, and update locations so production has exactly what they need—right when they need it. You stage pallets safely with a forklift, keep aisles tidy, and close the loop in the system so our data mirrors reality.

That’s how you’ll keep operations moving smoothly and safely.

What You’ll DoOwn inventory accuracy through routine cycle counts, reconciliation, and fast discrepancy resolution.

Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials following our quality and operational procedures.

Record every transaction—receipts, transfers, and new location assignments—accurately in the system.

Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely to move and stage stock.

Champion warehouse organization, housekeeping, and clear communication with cross-functional partners.

What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent.
3+ years in inventory control, warehouse operations, or cycle counting.

Hands-on experience with forklifts and material handling equipment (forklift certification preferred).Meticulous attention to detail with a knack for finding and fixing inventory variances.

Comfort with inventory systems, RF scanners, and Microsoft Office—especially Excel.

Pay & Benefits Hourly role; pay range: $45,760 to $49,920.Medical, dental, and vision insurance with employer contributions.
