Forklift Operator - Trenton, OH

Findlay Tall Timbers Distribution Center is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely operate powered industrial forklifts and support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for loading and unloading trailers, moving and storing inventory, verifying shipment accuracy, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Schedule: 7;00PM-7:00AM 2-2-3 Rotating Cycle

• Operate forklifts to load, unload, move, and store inventory.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Verify inbound and outbound shipments against packing lists.
• Inspect loads for damage and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Pick mixed pallets and prepare shipments by wrapping, banding, and staging products.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and follow all safety procedures.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and other warehouse duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift experience is required.
• RF scanner experience is required.
• Strong communication, basic math, and inventory counting skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Occasional climbing, crouching, kneeling, and bending.
• Ability to safely perform warehouse duties in a physically active environment.

This position operates in a warehouse environment with moderate to high noise levels, powered industrial equipment, indoor and outdoor work areas, varying temperatures, and occasional manual labor.
