Warehouse Forklift Operator

We are seeking a dependable, safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our distribution center team. In this role, you will safely move, load, unload, and store products throughout the warehouse while supporting efficient shipping and receiving operations.

• Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently
• Load and unload trailers according to customer specifications
• Move and store inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Pick mixed pallets and prepare orders for shipment
• Utilize RF scanners and warehouse scanning systems
• Verify packing lists and shipping documents for accuracy
• Inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies
• Perform forklift inspections and basic equipment checks
• Wrap, band, and prepare pallets for shipment
• Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

• Previous forklift experience required
• Experience using RF scanners required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic math and counting skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Occasional climbing, crouching, kneeling, and bending
• Warehouse environment with moderate to high noise levels
• Work around forklifts, machinery, and warehouse equipment
• Exposure to varying temperatures throughout the year
• Occasional manual labor and material handling
