Sr Product Development Engineer

The Sr Product Development Engineer (PDE) will support rapid growth in aerospace programs. This role is critical to increasing engineering bandwidth as current resources are stretched across a high-volume, fast-paced workload.

Responsibilities/skills:

• Support product development efforts for aerospace programs
• Drive projects from concept through launch
• Interface directly with customers
• Lead initiatives with minimal oversight; take ownership of work streams
• Contribute to building and scaling a new/emerging aerospace-focused capability

Qualifications:

• Strong product development engineering background
• Experience with design reviews, feasibility assessments, and GD&T
• CAD experience and understanding of assemblies/manufacturing processes
• Experience with aluminum (highly preferred)
• Aerospace industry experience (bonus, not required)
• Experience with PLM tools (e.g., Teamcenter) is helpful but not critical
• Broader metals experience (e.g., steel, castings) acceptable if aluminum is limited
