Our client, a leading automotive and industrial component supplier, is seeking a  
** Manufacturing Technician
** to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the manufacturing support team supporting quality production and process efficiency. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift: 6** :40 am - 3:00 pm Monday - Friday

** 2nd

Shift:
** 2:40 pm - 11:00 pm Monday - Friday

** 3rd

Shift:
** 10:30 pm - 7:00 am Sunday - Thursday

** What's the Job?*
* + Perform visual and gage inspections to ensure quality parts are produced and assembled according to standards.

+ Operate and support various production equipment such as extrusion presses, punch presses, CNC machines, saws, and deburring tools.

+ Maintain safety standards and adhere to all safety policies during production activities.

+ Pack finished parts into containers as specified, ensuring proper handling and documentation.

+ Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing ideas on safety, quality, and productivity enhancements.

** What's Needed?*
* + High School Diploma or GED required.

+ Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.

+ 1-3 years of machine operating and troubleshooting experience preferred.

+ Basic knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, robotics, and electrical systems is a plus.

+ Ability to communicate effectively and work well within a team environment.
