Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related activities, and when appropriate, emergency response support.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site protocols.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production, warehouse, parking, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor entrances, exits, and/or receiving areas while verifying credentials, logging visitor activity, and supporting traffic flow at the location.;
Support asset protection and loss prevention efforts by observing site operations, reporting policy violations, and communicating with local leadership regarding security-related issues.
