Experienced Auto Body Tech - $6k Bonus

We're looking for Autobody Preppers with a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive bodywork experience to join us at Carvana, the fastest‑growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history.

Experienced Heavy Body Technician

Train other autobody technicians and perform extensive bodywork on multiple panels.

• Heavy plastic welding and stapling
• Heavy metal pulling, straightening, shrinking, and stud welding
• Roof and rocker panel repair
• Large area, heavy bodywork including Bondo repair

Work mandatory overtime as required to meet customer commitments.

• Minimum of 5 years of professional automotive bodywork experience
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license (some positions subject to MVR check)
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing production environment and tolerate heat/cold
• Use of safety equipment: face shield or goggles, non‑slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments
• Read, write, speak, and understand English
