Forklift Operator

Findlay Tall Timbers Distribution Center is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely operate powered industrial forklifts and support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for loading and unloading trailers, moving and storing inventory, verifying shipment accuracy, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

2 schedules available! 7:00am-7:00pm 2-2-3 rotating cycle 7:00pm-7:00am 2-2-3 rotating cycle

• Operate forklifts to load, unload, move, and store inventory.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse scanning systems.
• Verify inbound and outbound shipments against packing lists.
• Inspect loads for damage and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Pick mixed pallets and prepare shipments by wrapping, banding, and staging products.
• Perform forklift inspections and follow all safety procedures.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and other warehouse duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift and RF scanner experience preferred.
• Strong communication, basic math, and counting skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

• Lift up to 40 lbs.
• Stand for extended periods.
• Occasional climbing, crouching, and kneeling.

Warehouse setting with moderate to high noise levels, heavy equipment, indoor and outdoor work, varying temperatures, and occasional manual labor.
