- Provide nurse practitioner services on-site to inmates at QCHC’s facilities.
- Give appropriate medical orders to direct medical and nursing care provided by QCHC nursing staff at sites.
- Document all clinical encounters in the medical record.
- Participate in quality assurance, risk management, and staff education activities.
- Coordinate and communicate with jail administration as necessary.
- Participate in meetings with jail administration, Sheriffs, and/or other county officials as needed; work with off‑site healthcare providers as necessary.

- Master's degree in Nursing required.
- Must have current and valid CRNP.
- Must have current, unencumbered license in the state of practice.
- 1-3 years of previous Nurse Practitioner experience preferred.
- Experience working in corrections preferred.
- Current BLS certified.
