Group Capital Plan and Solvency Analyst

Experteer Overview  In this role, you support the Capital Plan and Solvency Analysis within Group Capital Steering. You will contribute to funding disclosures and capital monitoring, working with cross‑functional teams to enhance methodology and tooling. You’ll deliver quantitative analyses of capital development and KPIs, supporting strategic initiatives such as M&A. This is a hands‑on, impact‑oriented position at a global insurer with a strong sustainability focus.
Retribuzione / Benefits   Analyse Group Own Funds development at closings and project for Capital Plan purposes, defining methodology and implementing tools
Contribute to production of Solvency Ratio roll-forward disclosures (internal, external, regulatory) and Capital generation monitoring
Support quantitative and qualitative analysis on capital development and related KPIs
Assist with strategic initiatives including M&A
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (actuarial, accounting, finance) to ensure coherent capital reporting
Responsabilità   Master's Degree in Actuarial, Economics, Finance or alike with quantitative focus
2–3 years of experience in finance, risk management or actuarial
Strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Knowledge of Tagetik platform and/or AI supporting tools is a plus
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Willingness to learn cross‑functional topics and willingness for international exposure
