Job Purpose Within the Strategic Planning department in the CFO area, we are looking for an Insurance Planning specialist who will join the LH Planning & Capital Management team.
Your role will encompass a variety of dynamic and challenging tasks. These include – but are not limited to – supporting the activities related to the Strategic Planning cycle in the LH segment, the ongoing performance monitoring, and the regular forecast activities as well as to ad‑hoc special projects. To this end, you will collaborate closely with a diverse range of experts, including Actuarial, Accounting & Reporting, Risk colleagues, as well as with the LH technical area team.
Key Responsibilities Contributing to the design and coordination of the Strategic Planning for LH companies within Allianz S.p.A. Group Support the monitoring activities and run quantitative analysis to support the CFO and the Business Functions’ strategic decisions
Support the regular forecast activities in coordination with all involved Local and Group departments
Contribute to the implementation of strategic business initiatives and ad‑hoc, cross‑functional projects
Key Requirements / Skills / Experience Master's degree in Economics, Actuarial, Mathematics or equivalent
Experience (e.g., 1 year) in insurance companies, preferably within Planning & Controlling and/or Actuarial Department Excel, Access, Power Point, SAP, and Power BI knowledge. Familiarity with ChatGPT or comparable AI tools
Programming skills will be considered a plus Strong analytical and quantitative mindset, entrepreneurial attitude and learning agility, along with strong result‑orientation and problem‑solving capabilities
Strong team‑working orientation, delivering on tight deadlines while managing separate work‑streams simultaneously
Good communication and presentation skills
Fluent in Italian and English
