Group Capital Plan And Solvency Analyst

Questa posizione è in Generali Italia  Within the Group Capital Steering (GCS) unit we are looking for a committed and proactive resource to join the team, supporting the Capital Plan and Actual Solvency Analysis activities.

Key Responsibilities   Analyse the Group Own Funds development on actual closings and its projection for Capital Plan purposes, defining the methodology and implementing the supporting tools;
Contribute, alongside with senior team members, to the related production of the Solvency Ratio roll-forward disclosure (internal, external and regulatory) for both actual closings and Group Capital Plan purposes, as well as to the Capital generation ongoing monitoring;
Support quantitative and qualitative analysis on capital development of the Group and related KPIs, as well as on strategic initiatives (e.g. M&A).
Qualifications   Master’s Degree in Actuarial, Economics, Finance or alike disciplines with a strong quantitative focus;
At least 2-3 years of work experience in finance, risk management or actuarial;
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail;
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
Knowledge of Tagetik platform and/or AI supporting tools is considered a plus;
Understanding of cross-functional topics (actuarial, accounting and financial) or strong willingness to learn;
Fluency in English (written and spoken);
Previous experience abroad (study and/or work) is preferred.
