Retribuzione / Benefits Develop independent technical analyses aligned with Group Best Practice through the entire Tariff process
Prepare data and model inputs for analysis
Perform technical analyses using advanced statistical methods for risk and behavior modeling
Conduct scenario testing to assess tariff impacts on portfolio performance
Regularly assess model quality and accuracy; update technical documentation
Create reports based on updated KPI predictions
Collaborate with other business functions to ensure alignment with best practices
Develop Fleets and Automotive quotes independently
Interface with stakeholders to support pricing decisions
Responsabilità Master s Degree in quantitative subjects (e.g., Actuarial Sciences, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics)
3 years of motor pricing experience in insurance or consultancy
Advanced knowledge of the Tower Watson Suite:
Emblem & Radar;
Classifier a plus
Proficiency with SAS, Python and Office (incl. VBA for Excel)
Advanced analytical skills (GLM, Machine Learning)
Experience with Fleets and Automotive quotes is a plus
Ability to work independently and engage with stakeholders
Curiosity for new pricing approaches and continuous learning
High problem-solving attitude
Fluent in Italian and English
