Mile High Energy Solutions is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and personable individual to help homeowners enroll in the Home Electrification and Appliance Rebate (HEAR) Program based in Trinidad, Colorado, or Raton, New Mexico.
If you enjoy meeting new people, building trust, and helping families access government assistance, this could be a great opportunity.
What You’ll Do- Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments.
- Explain the HEAR Program and available electrical upgrade incentives.
- Help homeowners complete the application process.
- Gather required documents and signatures.
- Close qualified customers and submit completed applications.
- Friendly, professional, and confident personality.
- Strong people skills and the ability to build trust.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation.
- Sales experience is helpful but not required—we provide training.
- 100% Commission-Based
- Realistic earning potential of $1,000+ per week
- Weekly pay.

- Warm, pre-qualified appointments (no door-to-door sales).
