Hourly Rate: $23.00
OverviewAt Crossroads Turning Points, the Residential Aide works within a withdrawal management unit to support individuals navigating substance misuse and mental health challenges. The role involves coordination of patient activities and daily operations while collaborating with counseling staff.
Responsibilities- Assign tasks to employees.
- Call for replacements in event of employee call‑in or no‑show.
- Assist WM Supervisor with creating weekly employee schedules.
- Address and resolve patients’ inquiries and complaints.
- Clean and organize work area as needed.
- Order and restock supplies.
- Report losses, employee behavioral issues, patient complaints, and other significant issues to upper management.
- Adhere to and enforce company policies and guidelines.
- Assist in interviewing applicants for open positions.
- Oversee employee training sessions.
- Assist WM Supervisor with chart audits and quality assurance.

QualificationsEducation: High School Diploma or GED. Addiction Technician Certification (CAT) required.
Experience: Minimum of one year working in withdrawal management, providing direct patient care, assessment, triage, crisis intervention, and group counseling.
Other: Solid communication skills and basic computer skills; CPR and first-aid certification (initial training and renewals paid); ability to take vital signs and recognize medical problems; valid driver's license and insurability.
Physical DemandsAbility to assist other employees in moving patients and meet other physical demands as required.
