Boart Longyear is seeking an Experienced Underground Driller to enhance mining operations in Ontario. This safety-focused role involves hands-on drilling and mentoring team members in various locations.

Since its establishment in 1890, Boart Longyear has been at the forefront of drilling and exploration. As an Underground Driller, you will perform crucial tasks while keeping safety as your priority. Your responsibilities will include operating various equipment, managing samples, and optimizing site conditions while ensuring compliance with EHS procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all drilling tasks with safety and precision

• Train new team members in safe drilling techniques

• Collect and handle drilling samples effectively

• Maintain accurate operating records and logs

• Conduct pre-start checks and inventory management

Requirements:

• High-school diploma or equivalent required

• At least 2 years of relevant underground drilling experience

• First Aid certification a must

• Familiarity with different drilling environments preferred

• Adhere to Common Core record-keeping requirements
