Schedule:

EOW 8:00am-4:30pm

We are seeking a warm and welcoming Receptionist to join our team at Aventura at Shiloh Springs. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, families, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience. Responsibilities:
  • Greet residents, families, and visitors in a warm and professional manner, answering phone calls, and responding to inquiries
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, taking messages, and maintaining accurate records
  • Provide administrative support to the nursing staff and other departments as needed
  • Assist with daily tasks, such as sorting mail, distributing newspapers, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area
  • Develop strong relationships with residents, families, and staff, promoting a positive and caring environment
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting or customer service role
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
