Shifts Available- Full-Time | PRN
- 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

- Conduct comprehensive resident assessments and respond to changes in health status
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans
- Administer medications and monitor for side effects or adverse reactions
- Supervise and delegate duties to LPNs, CNAs, and staff
- Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Document care accurately and in compliance with all regulations
- Respond promptly to emergencies and medical situations
- Participate in quality assurance and compliance initiatives
- Educate residents and families on care plans and treatments
- Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and HIPAA standards
- Serve as a role model for professionalism and compassionate care
- Active RN license in the state of employment
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- At least 1 year of nursing experience (long-term care preferred)
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems
