Leasing Consultant- Trotwood, OH

Do you enjoy interacting and working with others to solve problems? Burlington Capital Properties is looking for an enthusiastic Leasing Consultant for our three sister communities in Trotwood, OH.

This full‑time role is Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM with some weekends required. The position offers performance bonuses and professional development opportunities.

• Perform activities related to apartment rental and renewal, including providing tours, outreach marketing, qualifying prospects, preparing paperwork, completing move‑in procedures, and meeting with current residents about lease renewal and rates.
• Maintain excellent resident relations by providing superior customer service, working with residents to provide solutions, and participating in resident promotions or functions.
• Represent the property community in a positive manner and convey its benefits to prospective residents.
• Proactively participate in team efforts to achieve results and attend staff meetings as required.

• Minimum of two years sales/leasing experience or equivalent preferred.
• Low‑income tax credit and senior housing experience are a plus.
• Previous tax credit experience preferred.
• Ability to follow directives and work with minimum supervision.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent customer service and follow‑up skills are mandatory.
• Ability to interact positively with residents, employees, vendors, and the general public.
• Basic understanding of the English language and the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
• Reliable vehicle and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record may be required for marketing duties.
