Automotive Controller

Car Guys Inc. is recruiting a highly skilled Automotive Controller to oversee all accounting functions for a dealership.

• Control all aspects of the dealership’s accounting, ensuring accurate financial records and statements.
• Manage day‑to‑day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for dealership management.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls, CPA/IRS regulations, and dealership software (DMS) requirements.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers, dealership staff, and customers regarding financial matters.

• At least a few years of experience as a Dealership Controller or Office Manager.
• Strong knowledge of dealership accounting practices and software.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Possession of a CPA is preferred but not required.
