Description of the Position:
The primary responsibility of the Assistant Facilities Coordinator is to assist the Location Facilities Manager and the Corporate Facilities Manager with a variety of day‑to‑day repairs and maintenance tasks at the Edgefield Property. The position requires hard physical work and mental agility and the ability to effectively multi‑task in a fast paced and deadline‑oriented environment. They must also have the ability to work well independently and as a member of a team.

Qualified Applicants
- Basic repair and maintenance knowledge and skills.
- Familiarity with the equipment & tools used in basic maintenance and repair projects.
- Good organizational and prioritizing skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to make decisions and remain calm under sometimes stressful situations.
