Career Systems Development Corporation seeks a Center Standards & Incentives Officer to lead standards, incentives, and performance initiatives at a Job Corps center. In this on-site role, you will design and monitor incentive and recognition programs, analyze student performance and conduct data, and ensure alignment with Job Corps and CSD policies. You will partner with education, training, and counseling teams to promote accountability, student engagement, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include audits, compliance reviews, staff training, and data-driven reporting in a mission-driven, student-centered culture.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor center standards, incentives, and performance metrics for Job Corps programs
  • Analyze student performance, attendance, and conduct data to design effective incentive strategies
  • Collaborate with education, training, and counseling teams to align standards with program goals and federal guidelines
  • Conduct audits and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to Job Corps and CSD policies
  • Prepare reports and recommendations for center leadership on outcomes and continuous improvement
  • Train staff on incentive policies, recognition programs, and documentation requirements
  • Support behavior management and student engagement initiatives through structured incentive systems
  • Use data systems to track results and adjust standards and incentives as needed
  • Coordinate with quality assurance and compliance staff during internal and external reviews
  • Promote a student-centered, inclusive, and accountable culture aligned with CSD's mission
