CTS Specialist

Career Systems Development Corporation is seeking a CTS Specialist to support Job Corps students as they transition into employment and further education. In this role, you will provide individualized career counseling, job search coaching, and placement assistance, while cultivating strong relationships with local employers and community partners. The CTS Specialist tracks outcomes, coordinates support services, facilitates employability workshops, and collaborates with center staff to ensure students achieve meaningful, sustainable careers aligned with program goals and CSD's mission-driven, student-centered culture.
