Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging academic and career-readiness instruction aligned with CSD and Job Corps standards
• Coach and mentor students in developing employability, life, and study skills
• Track, assess, and document student progress using center systems and performance metrics
• Collaborate with counselors, career services, and support staff to coordinate student success plans
• Maintain a structured, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Communicate regularly with students about goals, expectations, and performance
• Support center policies on attendance, behavior, and safety
• Integrate workforce readiness and real-world applications into lessons
• Assist with student orientation, transition, and placement activities as needed
