Position Overview

Relationship Banker Business Specialist – The Woodlands, TX. This role focuses on acquiring and expanding consumer and business banking opportunities under $2MM in sales revenue, delivering a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing.

Responsibilities
  • Acquire and expand share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under $2MM in sales revenue.
  • Lead proactive lead generation and appointments conducted inside and outside of the branch.
  • Deliver a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing.
  • Generate quality referrals to ecosystem partners and manage referral follow‑up.
  • Leverage bank products and services to grow share of wallet and attract new consumer and business households.
  • Manage and grow Business Banking relationships under $2MM in sales revenue, translating client information into actionable sales strategy.
  • Identify and engage ecosystem partners (e.g., PNCWM, PNC Private Bank, Business Banking and Mortgage) to meet client needs.
  • Perform lobby engagement activities and educate clients on financial transaction options using technology.
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively, driving loyalty.
  • Manage risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
  • Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
