Resident Manager

Overview

Seeking a full‑time Resident Manager to join our team at Fox Ridge Apartments (162 units), located in Troutdale, OR. Fox Ridge is a newly constructed apartment community opened April 2024. The community offers spacious 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartment homes with luxury finishes, located near shopping, restaurants and the McMenamins Edgefield Hotel.

As a Resident Manager, you will greet visitors, provide property information and engage in leasing activities. You will explain rental agreements and move‑in packages. You will use Yardi and Tenant Tech to enter data and produce accurate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. You supervise office and maintenance staff, enforce company policy and procedures, and act in the best interest of Carla Properties Ltd.

Your attention to detail assists you as you resolve resident issues professionally.

Applicants should have 5+ years of prior leasing experience and 3+ years of prior Resident Manager experience. Skills required include:

• Excellent customer service
• Intermediate computer skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with Yardi and Tenant Tech
• Excellent leadership skills

This is a full‑time position that requires working on weekends. The work schedule is Monday‑Friday 9am‑6pm with days off on Saturday/Sunday (40 hrs/week).

Monthly salary range: $6,200 – $7,075 plus commissions, DOE. Benefits include paid medical insurance, optional dental insurance, paid holidays, sick & vacation time, 401k with employer contribution up to 4% and immediate vesting, and employer paid Short‑term and Long‑term Disability, Group Life Insurance with AD&D coverage.
