Position:
Manufacturing Technician
Location:
Troutdale, ORPay: $19.00/hr
Schedule:
Full-Time (OJT)

What You’ll Do:
Assemble electrical assemblies and subassemblies using manual and power hand tools
Read and interpret manufacturing documentation including mechanical drawings, schematics, and BOMsMeet production and build schedules in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Use measurement and diagnostic tools to test and modify assemblies
Ensure completed assemblies meet established quality specifications
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Perform additional manufacturing duties assigned by leadership
Contribute to daily production and team goals

What You Need to Have:
High School Diploma or GEDStrong verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer and office application experience
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Positive attitude with strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
The Musts:
Ability to safely perform essential job functions
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to read manufacturing documentation and follow specifications
Ability to use hand tools and measurement equipment
Preferred:
Previous manufacturing or assembly experience
Experience reading schematics or mechanical drawings
Experience working with electrical assemblies
