Retail Supervisor

Columbia Sportswear Company -  - Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day work of associate-level staff and provide direction, training, and coaching to ensure efficient store operations and high-quality customer experiences.;
Supervise assigned department and manage store profitability through receiving, replenishing, and processing stock.;
Foster a positive store culture through teamwork, communication, and leading by example.;
Collaborate with the store leadership team on policies, procedures, and standards for areas of responsibility.;
Ensure adherence to company standards and procedures and resolve problems or errors as they arise.
