Lead Security Officer — Troutdale area. Anticipated start date: 02/20/2026. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position with benefits eligible after 30 days.
Responsibilities- Lead security officer duties with supervision responsibilities as assigned.
- Read and understand Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and act quickly and efficiently according to these directives.
- Provide customer service and security coverage to client sites, ensuring 24/7 post operations as required.
- Perform duties as specified by the Post Orders and SOPs and coordinate with the Shift Supervisor.
- 2-3 years of security, military, or law enforcement experience, including 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Must have DPSST Private Security License.
- Reliable means of transportation and ability to travel to the site any day of the week.
- Available for short-notice work, call-outs, and possible shift extensions to ensure continuous coverage.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record strongly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to read and understand written instructions and convey information clearly.
- Mentally analyze situations, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods; must be able to work holidays and weekends; able to work in all weather conditions; able to work independently; clean background and drug screen; must be over 21 and driver certified.
- 40 hours per week, benefits eligible after 30 days.
- Education:
High School diploma or equivalent. - Certifications:
Valid Driver’s License, Oregon DPSST License.
