Security Officer​/Driver

Career Systems Development Corporation is seeking a Security Officer/Driver to protect students, staff, and property while supporting safe transportation at our Job Corps center. In this student-centered role, you will patrol campus areas, monitor entrances, enforce safety and conduct policies, and respond to incidents and emergencies using established protocols. You will also safely transport students and staff, ensuring proper conduct, vehicle checks, and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, timely transportation of students and staff to approved destinations
• Monitor campus entrances, patrol facilities, and enforce access control procedures
• Observe and report safety or security hazards, incidents, and policy violations
• Respond to emergencies, alarms, and incidents following Job Corps and CSD protocols
• Conduct vehicle safety inspections and maintain accurate transportation logs
• Support student supervision during transport, ensuring conduct and safety rules are followed
• Collaborate with staff to maintain a secure, respectful, and student-centered environment
• Complete incident, accident, and security reports accurately and promptly
