We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading automotive service centre and tyre retailer operating nationwide, for a Tyre Fitter to join their busy team in Trowbridge, Wiltshire.
The position offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled and experienced Tyre Fitter to work within a reputable company dedicated to quality service and professional development.
Benefits of a Tyre Fitter- Starting salary between £26,000 and £28,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

- 42.5-hour working week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm, with 1 in 2 Saturdays, 8:30am-4:00pm.
- Conduct accurate tyre repairs and fitting on all vehicle makes.
- Deliver quality workmanship and seek guidance when necessary.
- Remove and refit components, carrying out related adjustments.
- Ensure all work is performed safely and to a high standard.
- Notify customers and management of any additional faults found.
- Maintain the cleanliness of vehicles post-service, removing dirt, oil, or any marks caused during repairs.
- Keep accurate documentation in line with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workshop operations.
- Valid UK driving licence with minimal points.
- Proven experience as a Tyre Fitter, gained through employment or an Apprenticeship.
- Demonstrable competence in tyre repairs and fitting.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently within a busy workshop environment.
