We are expanding rapidly and seeking dynamic and motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our team across three convenient locations. Our Mega Agency represents Allstate Insurance and has a combined premium of a staggering $18 million dollars.

Note: This role is a full-time customer service position with opportunities at multiple locations.

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Answer phones/incoming calls as well as making outbound calls.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

• 1 - 2 years of customer service experience
• Pleasant personality and dependable
• P&C insurance license is preferred
• Must be skilled in using computer programs and very comfortable with using any and all types of technology (Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Word, etc)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• People-oriented, organized and able to work independently as well as with the team
• Ability to multitask
