Requirements
  • 1 - 2 years of customer service experience
  • Pleasant personality and reliability
  • P&C insurance license is preferred
  • Proficient in computer usage and comfortable with various technologies (Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and listening communication skills
  • People-oriented, organized, and able to work both independently and within a team
  • Ability to multitask effectively
Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain customer relationships, following up as needed.
  • Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, which may include inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: In-person at Troy, AL 36081. Candidates must plan to reliably commute or relocate before starting work.
