As a Customer Service Agent, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting client interactions and service delivery. Responsibilities- Engage with clients via phone and email to address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Navigate multiple computer screens to gather and input relevant information accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening and responding positively

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- High School Diploma or GED
