Job Summary
Adjunct faculty members are employed to provide specific courses on an as-needed basis. Contracts for adjunct faculty members are issued on a semester/term basis. Adjunct Instructors hold the responsibility for the courses taught. Adjunct Instructors are expected to be available for a reasonable amount of time for each course taught to counsel students regarding course work.

1. Master’s degree in a related field such as administration, business, management, communication, education, or sociology
2. Proven experience in a leadership role
1. Skill in communication, including writing, speaking, and listening
2. Understanding of followership as well as leadership
3. Practical understanding of leadership and decision making
4. Experience in responsible full-time position
5. Strong interest and desire to teach
6. Strong recommendations from responsible leaders
Driving may be necessary but is not a primary responsibility
