Lecturer (RETIREE) – Global Leadership Ph.D. Program

Lecturer (RETIREE) – Global Leadership Ph.D. Program in the Department of Leadership, Development and Professional Studies – Global Campus. This full‑time, non‑tenure‑track faculty position will be responsible for teaching doctoral‑level courses, developing curriculum, and participating in program assessment. Posting number: F0950P.

The Lecturer will teach doctoral‑level courses ranging from content areas such as Global Leadership and Organizational Management to research methods courses such as Introduction to Research and Research Design. Courses will be assigned based on the lecturer’s educational and professional background. The position also includes developing curriculum, course materials, video lectures, labs, and presentations, as well as participating in learning assessments and serving on dissertation committees as assigned by the program coordinator.

• Doctorate degree from an accredited university in leadership, global leadership, or one of the following specialization content areas:
  Instructional Leadership and Administration (K‑12), Public Administration, Organizational Leadership, Strategic Communication, Higher Education.
• Minimum of five years of teaching experience at a graduate level.
• Evidence of online teaching experience.
• Record of active research and publications in peer‑reviewed academic journals.
• Understanding and commitment to cultural proficiency, diversity, equity, and social justice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in guiding doctoral research.
• Record of international experience and/or unique understanding and familiarity with specific nations or cultures.
• Experience teaching working professionals online and face‑to‑face.
• Minimum of five years of teaching experience at a doctoral level.

• Driving may be required but is not a primary responsibility.
• Work hours will be as needed based on faculty teaching schedule and departmental needs.
