Job Summary
:
Troy University Regional Recruiters are essential to the Enrollment Management team. This role supports traditional freshman and transfer student recruitment in a defined geographic region by implementing recruiting strategies that increase the number of students applying to, admitted by, and choosing Troy for enrollment. Responsibilities include constant contact with prospective students and families, building relationships with high schools and community colleges, and traveling to Troy Campus for training and professional development.
Applicants must reside in or be willing to relocate to the assigned territory.
- One year of recruiting and/or sales experience.
- Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Eligibility to maintain commercial auto insurance.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Master’s degree.
Driving is a primary responsibility; the candidate must be able to use a personal vehicle or university vehicle and travel extensively.
Work Hours & TravelExtensive travel is required, including overnight trips, weekends, and evenings.
Physical DemandsCarrying materials that may weigh more than 15 lbs., setting up event tables, chairs, and tents.
