Position Summary
The graduate teaching assistant will teach Physics, Physical Science, and Astronomy labs by effective delivery of the required course materials and fostering a positive learning environment for students.
Minimum Qualifications- Must be a current Troy University student enrolled in at least six credit hours in the Master of Science in Applied Mathematical Sciences in Mathematical Physics program.
- Students are FICA / Medicare exempt only if they are enrolled on a half‑time basis during the semester work is performed. To qualify for the exemption, students must be enrolled half‑time for the Fall, Spring, or Summer semesters.
Driving may be necessary but is not a primary responsibility. This includes personal vehicle, university vehicle, utility vehicle, or golf cart.
