Summer Camp Facilitator

The Summer Camp Facilitator will reside on campus with the participating students from July 22 to July 25, ensuring their safety, attendance, and engagement in camp activities.

• Act as a point of contact for all students throughout their stay, assisting with navigation, sessions, and schedule.
• Ensure all students are present and accounted for at all sessions and in the residence hall each evening.
• Chaperone evening activities.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of select camp sessions.
• Take photos of the camp’s progress and student participation for social media promotion.
• Perform other event‑related tasks as needed.

• Current Troy University student.
• One year of related work experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Undergraduate degree in a business field (in process or completed).

Driving is not required for this position.

Work hours are temporary, from July 22 to 25 with varying daily schedules.

Hazardous conditions may include moving tables and chairs for event setup.

Employment is contingent upon a satisfactory background check.
