The Lecturer of Business Law position in the School of Management in the Sorrell College of Business is a full-time, non-tenure track faculty position with a ten-month appointment to begin August 1, 2026. This position is responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in Business Law, Employment Law, and/or Business Communication; providing instruction in face-to-face, hybrid, and/or online formats; advising students;
and providing service to the School, College, University, and community. Depending on expertise and experience, additional responsibilities may include conducting academic research in line with AACSB expectations.
Minimum Qualifications - J.D. from an ABA accredited law school.
Preferred Qualifications
- Having all or combination of relevant professional experience, peer-reviewed research, and effective teaching to compliment academic credentials.
Driving may be necessary but is not a primary responsibility.
