Adjunct Instructor - Accounting
The Adjunct Instructor position in Accounting is responsible for teaching entry level Accounting courses. Adjunct faculty members are employed to provide specific courses on an as-needed basis. Contracts for adjunct faculty members are issued on a semester or term basis. Adjunct Instructors hold the responsibility for the management of courses taught. Adjunct Instructors are expected to be available for a reasonable amount of time for each course taught to counsel students regarding course work.
Minimum Qualifications - 1. Master's degree in Accounting or a related field with 18 graduate hours in Accounting from an AACSB accredited school
2. Teaching experience, in-class and online
Preferred Qualifications - 1. CPA certification and/or professional experience in the field
2. Experience using Blackboard
3. Professional experience in the field
