Troy University invites applications for a full-time, tenure track position as Assistant Professor in History, beginning August 2023. The role involves teaching introductory courses in World History and upper division courses relevant to research interests. Candidates should have a PhD in history of early modern to modern Britain and/or France. Additionally, specialization in the history of the Middle East and/or Africa is preferred.
The teaching load is four courses per semester, with potential online instruction.
