Responsibilities
The Upward Bound Academic Teacher position is responsible for preparing and conducting assigned classes in accordance with the overall design of the Upward Bound Program objectives.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, English, Reading, Writing, Spanish, History or related field
- Previous experience in working with individuals who have succeeded in overcoming the disadvantages of circumstances similar to those of the population served
- No driving required (personal vehicle, university vehicle, utility vehicle, or golf cart)
- Employment is contingent upon a satisfactory background check.
