Job Summary
- The Lecturer of Nursing position is primarily responsible for teaching undergraduate nursing didactic and/or clinical courses, advising BSN students, maintaining involvement in University, College, School, BSN Program, and professional service, and contributing to the nursing body of knowledge through personal and collaborative scholarship.

Minimum Qualifications - 1. Earned graduate degree in nursing
2. Active, unencumbered Alabama registered nurse license or a multi-state registered nurse license issued by a party state
3. Academic and experiential qualifications to teach in the area assigned
4. Minimum of three years of employment as a registered nurse

Preferred Qualifications - 1. Doctoral degree in nursing or related field
2. National certification
3. Teaching experience in nursing education
4. Simulation experience
