We are looking for an ATE Test Engineer to support Production Test Equipment and Test Software activities in Troy, Alabama. The role ensures the seamless operation of test systems and provides technical support, test equipment improvements, and troubleshooting expertise.
What You Will Be DoingAs the ATE Test Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Upgrading, integrating, and supporting test equipment hardware and software as needed.
- Analyzing failures associated with test equipment and recommending solutions.
- Troubleshooting and problem‑solving test equipment issues.
- Collaborating with production teams to maintain test equipment uptime and support troubleshooting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related STEM degree.
- 3+ years of professional experience in test engineering—or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with Automated Test Equipment (ATE).
- Ability to read electrical schematics and diagrams.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.
- Proficient with National Instruments LabVIEW and Test Stand.
- Experience with verification and validation of test equipment for DoD products.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance. Candidates must be U.S. citizens and able to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.

Work Schedule: 4×10 hour days, 3 days off per week (full‑time onsite)
