Senior Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to drive process improvements, enhance production efficiency, and ensure high-quality output across manufacturing operations. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to implement engineering solutions, troubleshoot manufacturing challenges, and support operational excellence initiatives.

• Develop, implement, and refine manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput.
• Analyze production data to identify opportunities for process enhancements.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure effective implementation of process changes.

• Ensure manufacturing processes adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process-related issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing defects and improving yields.

• Provide guidance on machinery setup, maintenance, and operation.
• Assist in evaluating and integrating new equipment or technologies.
• Partner with maintenance and operations teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.

• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to align processes with product specifications.
• Participate in new product introductions, process upgrades, and capacity expansion projects.
• Provide training and technical support to operators and staff on process changes and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in manufacturing process engineering in a senior capacity.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process optimization skills.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt)
• Lean Manufacturing Certification
• Project Management or Process Engineering Certification
