Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline from an accredited college with 1+ years of experience.
- Must be able to obtain a security clearance and must have at least an interim Secret clearance.
- Candidate must be able to pass a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) background check to obtain approval to be an "employee possessor" (of explosives or other ATF‑regulated items) as defined by ATF regulations. Failure to obtain and retain employee possessor status may result in revocation of an offer and loss of employment.
You will be the Associate Quality Engineer for the Quality Engineering team. Our team is responsible for supporting program and functional quality, interfacing with Production, Program Quality Engineering, and Manufacturing Engineering personnel, and driving continuous improvement through audits and corrective actions.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Associate Quality Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring product and process excellence, leading root‑cause investigations, and championing quality improvements across the program.
Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To- Interface with Production, Program Quality Engineering, and Manufacturing Engineering teams.
- Investigate non‑conformance issues and develop corrective actions.
- Conduct hardware quality audits, FOE walk‑downs, and surveillance assessments.
- Lead root‑cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
- Support continuous improvement through audits and process reviews.
Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Mechanical or industrial engineering degree. Or Engineering degree in related, technical field.
- VBA coding skills (Excel)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T).
- Quality discipline internship or DoD industry internship.
- Ability to work with a team in a fast‑paced environment.

Citizenship and Security ClearanceMUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. A company‑sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start.
