* You will be the Associate Quality Engineer for the Quality Engineering team Our team is responsible for supporting program and functional quality, interfacing with Production, Program Quality Engineering, and Manufacturing Engineering personnel, and driving continuous improvement through audits and corrective actions
** What You Will Be Doing*
* As the Associate Quality Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring product and process excellence, leading root‑cause investigations, and championing quality improvements across the program
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Interface with Production, Program Quality Engineering, and Manufacturing Engineering teams
+ Investigate non‑conformance issues and develop corrective actions
+ Conduct hardware quality audits, FOE walk‑downs, and surveillance assessments
+ Lead root‑cause analysis and implement preventive measures
+ Support continuous improvement through audits and process reviews

* Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline from an accredited college with 1 years of experience
Must be able to obtain a security clearance and must have at least an interim secret clearance
Candidate must be able to pass a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives ATF background check to obtain approval to be an "employee possessor" of explosives or other ATF regulated items as defined by ATF regulations Failure to obtain and retain employee possessor status may result in revocation of an offer and loss of employment

Ability to work with a team in a fast paced evironment
